Ammo Stack

Load facts. Don’t pitch. Fire their words at the stall.

Principle

Questions load. Pitch later.

Stall = missing playback.

If you can’t quote them, you chatted.

One call, one stack

Roofer. You asked. They answered. Don’t use it yet.

5 yrs × 10 jobs~500 customers (round down)
44 reviews~9% · healthy ~30%
$8k / jobalready tried CRM + agency

“Think about it” → 500 customers, 44 reviews.

“We already text” → you said that. 9%.

“Too expensive” → one $8k job.

They can’t do it without you

What they’ve done that’s failed → their system doesn’t work. You’re the missing piece they already proved they don’t have.

“We’ll handle it” → they already tried. It failed.

Other things they’ve tried

Agencies, CRMs, gift cards, “we ask in person.” Cost money. Still unsuccessful.

“I already have something” → that something already lost.

Time in business

Years of customers, almost no reviews. Not “new and growing.” A long leak.

“We’ll get to it later” → later already happened.

Jobs per month

Volume makes the gap undeniable. High jobs + few reviews = proof left on the table every week.

“Call me when it’s slow” → busy is when the leak is worst.

Gap math out loud

Customers vs reviews, from their numbers. Then silence. They feel the hole without you accusing them.

“Think about it” → the number they already sat in.

The binary diagnosis

“People unhappy, or nobody asked the right way?” They almost never pick unhappy. They pick process. Process is what you sell.

“Our work is fine” → they already said the ask is broken.

They own the reason

“Biggest reason you’re not getting more?” Once they name it, they can’t say they don’t have a problem.

“I don’t see the issue” → you are solving their sentence.

Ticket / job value

Price dies on their math. Never argue expensive. Remind them what a job is worth to them.

“Too expensive” → one extra job they already priced.

Close rate / extra calls

ROI is theirs. Don’t promise volume. Use their guess.

“Not sure it’s worth it” → even 2 more jobs = a rounding error they invented.

Rank / Google calls

Don’t know rank = flying blind. Bad rank = live pain. Fake #1 = proximity check.

“I need to think” → “you’re the 43rd listing I have to scroll past.”

Ads spend vs organic

They’re paying for the 5% while ignoring the 95%.

“Too expensive” → you’re already spending; this is the cheaper side of the same game.

Current review process

If they already “do it,” don’t say they’re wrong. Lock: inconsistent, no personalization, low ask-to-get.

DIY stall → they already aren’t doing it.

List / contacts exist

No list = they can’t even start without you.

List = the 25 reviews are sitting in their phone.

“I’ll do it later” → they already have the ammo and still didn’t fire it.

Scale (crews / employees)

Small → scholarship is earned from their answers, not a fake coupon. Big → they can afford it.

“Too expensive” → size is a stall, or size already qualified the scholarship. Either way, buy today.

Who decides / partner

Ask early. Late surprise = you gifted them an exit.

“Talk to my wife” → true = get them on now. Stall = you already have permission to crush it.

Burned before

They tell you the scar: contracts, no skin in the game, agencies paid to fail.

“We’ve been burned” → no-contract / waived setup is the opposite of what hurt them. They wrote that script.

Season / “we’re slammed”

They admit demand. Reviews and rank keep demand when it dries.

“Wait until slow season” → starting the engine after the race.

How it fires

Ask → write it down → don’t use it yet → at the wall, throw their words back → card → silence.
